1. As our rooms are self check-in, please make sure to read the check-in instruction which should be sent to your  email 3 days prior to your arrival date. (Please check your spam box as well in case you cannot find our email). 
2. Check-in: after 3 pm         Check-out: before 10 am

3. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property unless authorized. Please make sure to put the correct guest number when you make the reservation. 

4. Please make sure all lights and heating/ air-conditioning is turned off when you leave the room each day.

5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Please smoke in the balcony of your own room. 

6. Shoes are strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Please use the provided slippers in your room. 

7. Please inform us immediately if you find the room hasn't been cleaned or something broken in the room when you check-in to avoid any unnecessary arguments. 

Please also let us know if you lose or break anything in the room, we may charge you for any damage found after you check out.
