We have summarized the process from receiving your codes in advance to completing tablet check-in, along with frequently asked questions.
First-time guests can proceed with peace of mind.
How self check-in works
No key hand-off with staff is needed. After arrival, you can enter your room in the following 3 steps.

Receive your codes in advance
By the day before arrival, we send your entrance passcode and check-in code by email or through your booking site's messaging system.
- 02
Unlock the entrance
After arrival, enter the passcode at the building entrance device, then proceed inside. You can unlock the entrance 24 hours a day.
- 03
Complete the process on the tablet
Complete self check-in on the ground-floor tablet, note your room number and door passcode, and head to your room.
If the Osaka accommodation tax applies, please pay by credit card during self check-in. If you have any questions, please contact us during staff hours, 9:00–21:00 every day of the year.
About check-out
Please also use the ground-floor entrance tablet from check-in when checking out. Enter your check-in code and follow the on-screen instructions. Check-out time is 10:00 the next morning. Please check that you have not left anything behind before you leave.

Answers to questions we often receive before booking, including parking and luggage.
We do not have 24-hour on-site staff, but staff are available in the building every day from 9:00 to 21:00. Outside these hours, you can still use the self check-in system. With the entrance passcode and check-in code we send in advance, you can check in and enter your room at any time from 15:00 onward.
